About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines used in the production process. Your primary goal is to ensure efficient and safe machine operation while maintaining product quality and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up machines before the production process begins.
Operate machines during the production process, monitoring their performance.
Inspect and test product samples for quality assurance.
Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain product specifications.
Ensure the machines are running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Keep records of production output and machine maintenance activities.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Qualification & Requirements:-
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
Experience :-
Previous experience as a machine operator is required.
6 months - 1 yrs of experience is required.
