About the Role
As a Plastic Recycling Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate and oversee the plastic recycling machinery. You will be tasked with processing plastic materials and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the recycling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up the plastic recycling machine before the recycling process begins.
Operate and monitor the recycling machinery during the recycling process.
Feed plastic materials into the machine and monitor the output.
Perform quality checks on the recycled plastic to ensure it meets the required standards.
Make adjustments to the machine settings as needed to maintain the desired output and quality.
Troubleshoot any issues with the recycling machine and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Keep records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
Qualification & Requirements:-
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of plastic recycling processes and machinery is advantageous.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to machinery.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift plastic materials.
Team player with good communication skills.
Experience:-
Previous experience as a plastic recycling machine operator is preferred.
6 months - 1 yrs of experience is required.
